Returns & Cancellation Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times at MamaHub, we cannot offer returns or product downgrades once an order has been placed.

  • Cancellation Window: If you change your mind, you must request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order.

  • Discretionary Changes: Once 30 minutes have passed, cancellation or change requests are granted entirely at our discretion, as the order may have already moved to our fulfillment and shipping department.

Damages & Incorrect Items

We take great care in our packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item (incorrect size or product), we will provide a replacement without question.

Requirement for Replacement: To process a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following:

  1. A clear video and clear images of the damaged or incorrect product received.

  2. A clear image of the packaging box or packet the item arrived in.

  3. A clear image of the invoice label found on the exterior of the shipment package.

Note: If you fail to provide the proofs mentioned above within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund.

Product Specifications

Please note that due to the manufacturing and textile processes, the actual dimensions of physical goods (such as blankets or fabrics) may vary by approximately +/- 1.5 inches.

Sales & Promo Code Policies

  • Usage: Only one promo code may be used per order. Promo codes cannot be combined and are non-transferable.

  • Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on the cart total after all discounts have been applied.

  • No Retroactive Discounts: Promo codes must be entered at the time of checkout. We are unable to honor or apply discounts to orders that have already been processed.
