We want you to feel completely confident in your Mama Bub. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
- Contact us at cs@mamabub.com or through our contact page with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund returns lost in transit.
Return conditions
- The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item should be in its original condition and packaging where possible.
- Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post it.
Damaged or defective items
If your Mama Bub arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return needed in this case.

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
