Shipping Policy

Every Mama Bub order ships with tracked shipping, worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your destination. During peak periods, or due to customs processing in some countries, delivery can occasionally take longer.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit Track My Order. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, don't worry — carriers sometimes update in batches between scans.

Address changes

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us at cs@mamabub.com as soon as possible after ordering. We can update the address any time before the order ships.

Customs & import fees

For some international destinations, local customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at cs@mamabub.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if your order is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
