  • Priority Fulfillment: If you selected Priority at checkout, your order will be moved to the front of the production line for faster dispatch.

  • Weekends: Please note that our production facilities operate on business days only; weekends are excluded from fulfillment timelines.

Important Delivery Address Notes

  • PO Boxes: Our shipping partners cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box is provided, we are not responsible for delivery failure.

  • Address Corrections: If a PO Box was provided in error, you may provide an alternative physical address, but reshipping charges will apply.
